Joseph Pierotti

Biography:

Chicago native, Joseph Pierotti began practicing law in 1994. He concentrates his work entirely in the area of personal injury.

For more than a decade, Joe has represented clients in Chicago and throughout Illinois. He handles personal injury cases arising from every sort of accident from car, truck and motorcycle accidents to slip and fall, dog bite, pedestrian accidents, construction site accidents and boating accidents. He has won signifigant awards and settlements for clients with spinal cord injury, brain injury, back injury, eye injury, bone fractures and paralysis to name a few examples. Other cases in which he represents clients involve liability and negligence, such as product liability, premises liabililty, pharmaceutical negligence, professional negligence, medical negligence and medical malpractice. He is an expert at alternative dispute resolution and is a trained arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County mandatory arbitration program.

Mr. Pierotti is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association

After graduating from DePaul University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, Mr. Pierotti attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1994.
