Paul I. Nemoy

Biography:

With a legal career that spans more than three decades, Paul I. Nemoy focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death and litigation, protecting the rights of the firm’s clients against large corporations, medical and healthcare institutions and insurance establishments.

As the senior trial attorney and managing partner in the civil litigation firm of Howard & Nemoy, Paul Nemoy is personally responsible for the investigation, preparation and trial of complex injury, medical malpractice, products liability and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Nemoy is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the U. S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and Eastern District of Arkansas.

Professional organizations to which Paul Nemoy belongs include the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In addition, he actively networks and maintains close working relationships with prominent plaintiff lawyers throughout the nation.

Mr. Nemoy earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law. He attended the University of Illinois, Chicago, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors.
